Mica and Leo Morris have once again given the Evening Sandwich Program the greatest gift. Last month, the boys had their birthdays and asked their friends to bring peanut butter and jelly instead of presents. The bounty was wonderful. When it all was delivered, it arrived in crates and boxes.

I believe that this is the third year that the boys have done this. It means so much to our community that these small boys have such big hearts. Impressive parents and boys that are learning to give at such a young age can only be an asset to Waterville in the future.

The soup kitchen continues to feed those in need, and with friends like Mica and Leo, it is, without question, possible!
