Since the early 1900’s bandstand was restored and placed between the Jefferson Town Office and Jefferson Village School, volunteers have cared for the memorial garden surrounding the structure.

In 2007 a new Veterans Memorial and gardens were constructed nearby.

Volunteers interested in helping to plant, weed and care for the gardens this summer are asked to call 549-5258. This could be a one-time commitment or several times during the growing season. Any assistance would be appreciated.
