IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 11:39 a.m., Scott G. Peace, 41, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of contempt of order.

1:42 p.m., Richard K. Easler, 38, of Cornville, was arrested on charges of breaking probation.

2:45 p.m., Joseph Gaudet, 50, of Skowhegan, was arrested for being a wanted person, or fugitive from justice.

5:40 p.m., Jeremy Austin Clement, 35, of Fairfield, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle after suspension.

6:49 p.m., Robert Mario-Earl Cohen, 29, of Unity, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle under the influence and violating bail.

10:43 p.m., Joel Lee Flanagin, 34, of Anson, was arrested on a warrant.

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 3:52 p.m., Herbert H. Foss Jr., 48, of Waterville, was arrested at Elm Plaza on charges of operating a vehicle after a suspension and prior violations of condition of release.
