WATERVILLE — Henry Beck will formally announce his candidacy for the Maine Senate District 16 during a meeting with supporters at his family’s business in Waterville on Tuesday.
Beck, a Democrat, has served in the Maine House of Representatives for eight years, representing Waterville and Oakland, and was also a Waterville city councilor.
He is running against Republican incumbent Scott Cyrway of Benton.
