IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 11:29 a.m., Jessica Lyn Tillson, 30, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant.

12:51 p.m., Joshua Allen Lieberman, 27, of Greenville, was arrested on a warrant.
