ARRESTS

IN FAIRFIELD, Saturday at 11:18 a.m., Lisa Ann Lee, 40, of Benton, was arrested on charges of violating a condition of release and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection certificate, and a criminal charge of operating a vehicle after a suspension.

Monday at 9:43 p.m., Michael Dicent, 38, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday at 12:35 a.m., Andy Smith, 37, of Oxford, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence.

7:33 p.m., Janessa Gould, 25, of Avon, was arrested on a warrant.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 6:31 p.m., Lawrence Mark Bagley, 28, of Skowhegan, was arrested on two warrants.

7:47 p.m., David Walsh, 26, of Fairfield, was arrested on violation of conditional release.

Tuesday at 12:31 a.m., Michael Dicent, 39, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 4:08 p.m., Bobby Campbell, 50, a transient, was arrested on Kennebec Street on a warrant.

5:14 p.m., James Tsoukalas, 37, of Vassalboro, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

7:24 p.m., Mathew Martin-Evans, 32, of Waterville, was arrested on Elm Street on a charges of domestic violence assault, on a probation hold and with prior convictions.

11:32 p.m., Roxanne Mattson, 33, of Fairfield, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal charges of operating under the influence.

Tuesday, 1:20 a.m., Richard Maberry, 83, of Benton, was arrested on Main Street on a warrant.

SUMMONSES

IN FAIRFIELD, Friday at 10:57 p.m., Joshua J. LaMontagne, 19, of Oakland, was summoned on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Sunday at 7:58 a.m., Joshua G. MacDonald, 32, of Bowdoinham, was summoned on charges of operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and violating a condition of release.
