Augusta needs a state senator to represent their constituents concerns and not special interests. Maureen Blanchard is that person. As a newly elected City Council member in Gardiner, she has been asking the tough budget questions and trying to lower cost. This is not an easy task, often clashing with other City Council members. Maureen is mindful of the taxpayers and would do the same type of questioning and work for solutions to cut wasteful spending in Augusta.

Let’s take the first step and vote for Blanchard on June 14 in the primary. She is the right person to send to Augusta in 2017.
