IN FAIRFIELD, Tuesday at 6:58 a.m., Joshua R. Moody, 25, or Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

6:58 a.m., Bryan T. Nelson, 27, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant.

10:42 a.m., Justin Brandon Howard, 30, of Fairfield, was arrested on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention and failing to provide the correct name, address and date of birth and a warrant.

1:07 p.m., Timothy James Stanton, 34, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant for assault and two warrants for theft.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday at 4:29 p.m., Timothy Russo, 19, of Freeman Township, was arrested on a charge of gross sexual assault.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 11:58 a.m., Dennis Jay Peters, 54, of Madison, was arrested on charges of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
