The Waterville Opera House will present “Nana’s Naughty Knickers,” written by Katherine DiSavino and directed by Debra Susi. Performances will take place at 7:30 p.m. June 17 and 18, and at 2 p.m. June 19 at Waterville Opera House, 93 Main St.

Starring two of Waterville’s stars, Marie Cormier and Birdie Katz, “Nana’s Naughty Knickers” is a madcap farce about a young woman named Bridget who has just moved in with her grandmother. What Bridget saw as a unique opportunity to stay with her favorite Nana in New York for the summer quickly turns into an experience she’ll never forget. It seems her sweet Grandma is running an illegal boutique from her apartment, selling hand-made naughty knickers to every senior citizen in the five-borough area.

“The moral of this story is you’re never too old to be naughty and we love it,” said Tamsen Brooke Warner, assistant executive director of the Waterville Opera House.

Tickets cost $18-$20, are on sale at www.operahouse.org or call 873-7000.
