Just a few thoughts on the Democratic National Convention. As far as I know they invited the Muslim American Gold Star family to speak. I learned years ago that politics and bringing up our dead warriors doesn’t mix well.
Trump never mentioned American Muslims in his speeches, or referenced their service in the military. In my opinion, and with due respect to the parents of their fallen hero, it appears they were used by the DNC. Twelve years too late.
