Because of the interest generated in the exhibits shown at recent open house at the Old Jefferson Town House, the Jefferson Historical Society will open the building two Wednesdays, Aug. 17, from 9 to 11 a.m. and Aug. 24 from 4 to 6 p.m. This will give more people the opportunity to see the exhibits and the restoration efforts.

Also available will be the 2017 calendar of local historic places and events and publications of local history.
