ARRESTS

IN FAIRFIELD, Wednesday at 4:29 a.m., Annamarie Lynn Donnell, 30, of Benton, was arrested on charges of violating a condition of release and failing to provide a correct name, address and birthdate, as well as a warrant and a criminal charge of operating a vehicle after a suspension.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday at 6:06 a.m., Jacob Hinkel, 24, of Jay, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, violating a condition of release, obstructing the reporting of a crime and criminal restraint.

5:35 p.m., Shawn Burnell, 23, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of failing to comply with sex offender registration.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 1:24 p.m., Mark A. Anil-Sullivan, 74, was arrested on a warrant.
