SKOWHEGAN — A free education program for people with diabetes and their care partners is set for 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, at Redington-Fairview Hospital, Conference Room 1, 46 Fairview Ave.
Terry Wiley, who has diabetes, and Darlene, his spouse and care partner, and members of the A1C Champions Program, will deliver the program.
During the 60-minute Diabetes Together presentation, the couple will share their story about working together as a team, information about diabetes and controlling blood sugar, ideas for effective communication between partners and more.
