IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 9:09 a.m., Arthur D. Harsh, 49, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of violating a condition of release.

4:04 p.m., Robert Later, 36, of Pittsfield, was arrested on two warrants.

4:56 p.m., Michael Anthony Coppa, 27, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a writ of habeas corpus.
