WINSLOW — Reps. Henry Beck, D-Waterville, Catherine Nadeau, D-Winslow, and Stanley Short Jr., D-Pittsfield, will host a free community forum on consumer protections against scams and fraud from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, at Winslow Public Library, 136 Halifax St.

Attorney General Janet Mills will lead a discussion on how to avoid becoming a victim of a scam or fraud.
