AUGUSTA — Augusta duplicate bridge club winners for Wednesday were: north/south — Paul Sherman and Paul Mitnik, Janet Arey and Patricia MacDonald, and Ed and Joyce Rushton; east/west — Sharron Hinckley and John Hackett, Ron Cote and James Gray, and Jane Elliott and John Erdman.
Winners on Thursday were: Fred Letourneau and Sharron Hinckley, and a tie between Elsa Nail and Pete Snell, and Anil Goswami and Les Buzzell.
The club meets at 1 p.m. Wednesdays at Granite Hill Estates, 60 Balsam Drive, Hallowell, and 6:30 p.m. Thursdays at Kennebec Plaza, 20 Willow St., Augusta. All are welcome; a partner is guaranteed. For more information, call Janet Arey at 933-4984.
Fairfield Bridge Club
FAIRFIELD — The Fairfield nonsanctioned bridge club winners on Tuesday were Bob and Justine Englund, placed first; Ed Rushton and Suzon Morrison, placed second; and Anita Mathieu and Peg Thompson with Audrey and Carroll Harding, tied for third.

HALLOWELL — Spectrum Generations William S. Cohen Community Center, announced its recent bridge and cribbage winners.
Game day bridge winners on Wednesday were Joanna Burd placed first, Ralph Boisvert placed second, and April Napolitano placed third.
Thursday’s winners were Audrey Relyea placed first, Barbara Parish placed second; and Tom Gillette placed third.
Cribbage is played Mondays, game day bridge Wednesdays and bridge Thursdays at the center. For more information, call 626-7777.
Waterville Bridge Club
WATERVILLE — The Waterville duplicate bridge club winners on Thursday were: Betty Perry and Francis Roy placed first, Wilma Pouliot and Mary Alice Rancourt placed second, Madeline Poulin and Lee Lenfest placed third and Flo Fortin, Violet Chichetta placed fourth, and Gabrielle Rice and Patricia Nutt placed fifth.
