FARMINGTON — Free screenings, blood pressure checks and health information will be offered from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily at the Franklin County Agricultural Fair in Farmington.

The Healthy Community Coalition staff and collaborating health care providers will offer the services. HCC’s 34-foot mobile health unit will be parked near the grandstand.

Throughout the week each day will feature different themes and services as follows:

• Wednesday, Sept. 21: physical activities, interactive games for youth, 5210 Let’s Go information, and substance abuse/prescription abuse prevention for teens and parents;

• Thursday, Sept. 22: bone density screenings, flu shots, substance abuse/prescription abuse prevention for teens and parents, and foot health from noon to 2 p.m. with Dr. Zachary Blakeman answering questions about foot health;

• Friday, Sept. 23: complete a virtual store tour and receive a $10 Hannaford gift card, flu shots, and breast cancer awareness from noon to 3 p.m. with Sue Eastler, FNP, offering clinical breast exam and answering general questions; and

• Saturday, Sept. 24: physical activity — interactive games for youth, 5210 Let’s Go information, and substance abuse/prescription abuse prevention for teens and parents.
