There are a lot of reasons to support Rep. Brad Farrin, R-Norridgewock, to represent Norridgewock, Madison and Solon in the Maine House.

He was a highly decorated airman, serving as the command chief master sergeant of the Maine Air National Guard before retiring in 2013.

There is no one serving in the Maine House who fights harder for our servicemen and women than Farrin. He worked across the aisle to pass a comprehensive package of reforms that provide tuition waivers to Maine National Guard members; increases outreach to Maine’s 140,000 veterans to make sure they’re getting the services and benefits they have earned; and creates a council to maximize veterans services to prevent homelessness amongst our veterans.

Farrin is the type of leader we need in Augusta. Please join me in voting for him on Nov. 8.
