IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday at 1:06 a.m., Scott Osborne, 45, of Industry, was arrested on a probation hold.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 4:58 p.m., Christopher M. Merrill, 32, of Gardiner, was arrested on a charge of burglary.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 11:15 p.m., Brian Skehan, 33, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant, on Sherwin Street.

Thursday at 3:41 a.m., Melissa Witham, 29, of Waterville, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence, on Elm Street.
