AUGUSTA — Nate Parlin scored twice to spark the Cony boys soccer team to a 5-1 victory over Oxford Hills in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game Friday afternoon.
Jeff Bilodeau, Alex Cousins and Simon McCormick also scored for Cony (4-5-0). Nick Robinson made two saves.
Spencer Strong scored for the Vikings (1-8-0). Tom Bancroft made 14 saves.
LISBON 1, HALL-DALE 0: Riley Austin scored off a throw-in with about eight minutes left in the first half to lead the host Greyhounds to the Mountain Valley Conference win.
Jonah Sautter made eight saves on 10 shots for Lisbon (5-1-2) while Ashtyn Abbott didn’t record a save for Hall-Dale (6-2-1).
GIRLS SOCCER
LISBON 2, HALL-DALE 0: Kipri Steele and Sirara Martin scored unassisted goals to lead the Greyhounds to the MVC victory in Farmingdale.
Maggie Gross had eight saves for the Bulldogs (3-6-1) while Ali Sult had five for Lisbon (6-1-2).
