ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Sunday at 1:25 a.m., Mason Kinsey, 20, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

2:08 a.m., Jessica Cunningham, 34, of Jay, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

11:15 a.m., Lewis Bamberg, 48, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of theft and operating a vehicle after a suspension.

7:30 p.m., Joshua Dunham Sr., 37, of Starks, was arrested on charges of motor vehicle speeding 30 mph or more over the limit and permitting the attachment of false plates.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 2:01 p.m., Andrea W. Godin, 49, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, obstructing government administration and disorderly conduct.
