GARDINER — Kayla Hubbard scored with under 10 minutes remaining in the first half and Erskine Academy made it stand up for a 1-0 win over Gardiner in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B girls soccer game on Tuesday.

Lauren Wood assisted on Hubbard’s game-winner for the Eagles (10-2-2), while Caitlin Labbe made four saves in goal.

Brianna Perry had 17 saves for Gardiner (3-10-1).

MCI 2, MEDOMAK VALLEY 1: Maile Halferty scored with less than 30 seconds remaining to lift the Huskies to the KVAC B win in Pittsfield.

Sydney Morton handed MCI (6-8-1) the lead in the first half before Anna Wadsworth tied it for Medomak Valley (5-10-0) just a few minutes later.

Leah Bussell made two saves for MCI.

RICHMOND 2, BUCKFIELD 0: Meranda Martin scored both goals as the Bobcats won the East/West Conference game in Buckfield.

Sydney Tilton made four saves to earn the shutout for Richmond (13-1-0). Abby Johnson and Ashley Brown each collected assists in the win.

Rachel Warren made 15 saves for Buckfield (8-6-0).

WINSLOW 5, SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 1: Sara Doughty scored two goals and assisted on a third as the Black Raiders won the KVAC B game in Jay.

Kate Larsen, Hailey Grenier and Ashley Lachance also scored for Winslow (6-5-3). Grace Smith had two assists.

Hannah St. Pierre scored the only goal for Spruce Mountain (2-12-0).

BOYS SOCCER

ISLESBORO 5, TEMPLE 3: Hayden Wick scored a pair of goals as Islesboro scored the victory at home.

Patrick Kehoe, Finnian O’Malia and Sage Kelley also scored for Islesboro (8-4-0).

Bradley Smith had two goals for Temple (9-4-1). Will Paradis added a goal and an assist, and Tim Larsen made five saves.

RICHMOND 2, BUCKFIELD 0: Matt Rines scored and added an assist to lift the Bobcats (13-1-0) to the East/West Conference victory at Buckfield.

Rines scored with 35:30 remaining in the first half, and then assisted on Matt Holt’s goal with 22:50 to go in the game. Zach Small made five saves in the win.

Jacob Kraske stopped 12 shots for Buckfield (10-3-1).
