ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday at 10:14 a.m., David Moody, 47, of Waterville, was arrested on three warrants charging him with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer with prior convictions, operating a vehicle after a habitual offender revocation and failing to stop for an officer.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 1:08 a.m., Theresa Lynn Hebert, 49, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.

SUMMONSES
