SKOWHEGAN — Following a successful October challenge, the Skowhegan Free Public Library has announced a $5,000 November matching challenge grant towards the construction of the elevator addition.
An anonymous library patron has promised to contribute $5,000 if five other donors will each donate $1,000 during the month of November.
