AUGUSTA — Local police have asked the public for help locating a 24-year-old Augusta man who is wanted by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office for several alleged sex offenses, they said in a post on the Augusta Police Department’s Facebook page.
Police say that a warrant has been issued for Guido Hernandez’s arrest on two counts of unlawful sexual contact, two counts of sexual abuse of a minor and an additional charge of operating a vehicle after a license has been suspended.
Hernandez spends time in the vicinity of Oxford Street in Augusta, police said. They have asked anyone with information about Hernandez’s whereabouts to contact Detective Scott Hayden of the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office at 882-7332.
