IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday, Wesley Villacci, 22, of Farmington, was arrested on probation hold.

Nicholas Smith, 34, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a charge of driving to endanger.

Joseph McKenna, 46, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant.

William W. Sylvester, 42, of Farmington, was arrested on probation hold.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 2:35 p.m., Lucien Goodwin Brooks, 47, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant.

2:30 p.m., Nicole M. Luckern, 26, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant.

11:09 p.m., Scott Cogswell, 48, of Waterville, was arrested on two warrants.

SUMMONSES
