FAIRFIELD — Five players finished in double figures as the Lawrence girls basketball topped Cony 80-32 in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game Friday night.

Morgan Boudreau led the way for the Bulldogs (9-5) with 15 points, while Brooklynn Lambert added 12. Miranda Lambert, Hunter Mercier and Keegan Alley all had 10 points in the win.

Sidney Avery led Cony (0-14) with 13 points.

MESSALONSKEE 67, BREWER 50: Sophie Holmes scored 29 points, including five 3-pointers, to lead the Eagles in Oakland.

McKenna Brodeur added 12 points and five steals for Messalonskee (13-0) while Holmes also grabbed 10 rebounds.

Brewer (3-11) was led by Courtney Pearson with 17 points.

RICHMOND 45, RANGELEY 18: Sydney Tilton scored 26 points and MacKenzie Abbott added nine as the Bobcats cruised to the East/West Conference victory in Rangeley.

Meranda Martin added six points for Richmond (15-0).

Natasha Haley scored nine points to lead Rangeley (11-3).

WINSLOW 60, LINCOLN ACADEMY 48: Heather Kervin scored 19 points and hauled in 12 rebounds to power the Black Raiders to the KVAC win in Newcastle.

Weslee Littlefield added 12 points and five assists for Winslow (11-2).

Brie Wajer poured in 24 points for Lincoln (9-5).

BOYS BASKETBALL

SKOWHEGAN 59, MT. BLUE 43: Cole Pierce scored nine of his 11 points in the third quarter as the Indians outscored the Cougars 21-9 to pull away for the KVAC A win in Skowhegan.

Marcus Christopher led Skowhegan (7-6) with 17 points while Cam Barnes added 12. Joadel Mora hauled in 15 rebounds.

Mt. Blue (1-13) was led by Caleb Hall with nine points and Garrett Reynolds and Cooper Hollingsworth with eight apiece.

MESSALONSKEE 45, BREWER 31: Griffin Tuttle scored 10 points and added two blocks and five rebounds to lead a balanced cast as the Eagles (9-4) prevailed in a KVAC A matchup in Brewer.

James Kouletsis and Nate Violette scored nine points apiece for Messalonskee, while Kouletsis also contributed five rebounds, three assists and two steals and Violette had three steals.

The Witches (6-8) were led by Cam Wood’s eight points.

MADISON 60, MOUNTAIN VALLEY 59: Mitch Jarvais hit the game-winning basket with three seconds remaining to finish off the Bulldogs’ comeback in a Mountain Valley Conference game in Madison.

Jarvais finished with 14 points for Madison (14-2), which trailed until the final seconds. Sean Whalen led the Bulldogs with 15 points, while Max Shibley scored six points and grabbed five key fourth-quarter offensive rebounds.

Taylor Pelletier had 15 points for Mountain Valley (6-9).

WINSLOW 69, LINCOLN ACADEMY 59: Jack Morneault’s double-double helped lead the Black Raiders to the KVAC win in Winslow.

Morneault scored 12 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, while Spencer Miranda connected on two 3-pointers in a 13-point effort for Winslow (10-3).

Keyden Leeman led all scorers for Lincoln (5-8) with 22 points.

CARRABEC 63, MONMOUTH 54: Dustin Crawford’s 28-point night led the Cobras to the MVC win in North Anson.

Evan Holzworth chipped in with 18 points for Carrabec (3-12).

Travis Hartford scored a team-high 26 points for Monmouth (3-12).

RICHMOND 66, RANGELEY 33: Matt Rines scored 15 points and Cody Tribbet added 14 as the Bobcats prevailed in Rangeley.

Zach Small also scored 14 points for Richmond (13-1).

Kyle LaRochelle scored 14 points to pace the Lakers (4-10).

BOYS HOCKEY

WATERVILLE 7, JOHN BAPST 1: Jackson Aldrich scored three goals and Andrew Roderigue scored a goal and two assists as the Purple Panthers cruised to the B North victory in Bangor.

Matt Jolicoeur scored a goal and two assists for the Panthers (12-0-0).

John Bapst dropped to 1-10-1.

UNIFIED BASKETBALL

MESSALONSKEE 68, RICHMOND/HALL-DALE 55: Shawn McIntyre scored 18 points to lead the Eagles in the season opener in Oakland.

Dakota Pike added 14 points in the win for Messalonskee (1-0).

Eric Lombard scored a game-high 24 points for Richmond/Hall-Dale (0-1), while Emma Chase chipped in with 10 points.
