WATERVILLE — Spectrum Generations’ Muskie Community Center’s 19th annual Gene & Lucille Letourneau Ice Fishing Derby will be held on free fishing Sunday, Feb. 19.
Tickets cost $3, $5 for two and $10 for five. Entrant must have valid ticket to enter; one fish per ticket. Official weigh-in will be from 2 to 5 p.m. at Muskie Community Center, 38 Gold St.
A Jiffy 10-inch Ice Auger ($500 value) is the door prize.
Adult first-place prize is $100, and second place is $50. Children first-place prize is $50, second place $30 and third place $20.
The derby promotes outdoor sports and helps raise funds for the center’s Meals on Wheels program that provides home-style cooked meals to homebound seniors and adults and other programs.
