ARRESTS

IN FAIRFIELD, Tuesday at 7:15 p.m., Clifford J. Douglass, 37, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of attaching false plates and criminally operating a vehicle after a suspension.

Wednesday at 1:01 p.m., Travis W. Clement, 38, of Fairfield, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday, Jennifer Booker, 42, of Farmington, was arrested on a warrant.

Reid Banton, 26, of Weld, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, terrorizing and criminal restraint.

Desiree Driscoll, 32, of Wilton, was arrested on a warrant.

Janessa Thomas, 26, of Jay, was arrested on a charge of violating a condition of release.

Richard Mealey, 44, of Farmington, was arrested on charges of violating both conditions of release and a protection order.
