ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday at 9:05 p.m., Timothy Osmond Cook, 54, of Dallas Plantation, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release and a protection from abuse order.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 5:42 p.m., Candida Camilla DePhilippo, 26, of Brewer, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

9:50 p.m., Jason Michael Sears, 34, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault.

Thursday at 12:49 a.m., Danielle Lynn Bess, 33, of Madison, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 6:31 p.m., Jacob Isaac Paradis, 31, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, with prior offenses, and obstructing the report of a crime.

Thursday at 12:40 a.m., Avery A. Armstrong, 28, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant.
