ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday, Corey A. Leppala, 34, of Farmington, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, Seth Robinson, 36, of Jay, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.
