The Rangeley Lakes Chamber of Commerce will host its third annual July 3rd in the Park event from 10 a.m. to dusk.
There will be activities, food and entertainment for all ages, all provided by area nonprofit organizations.
Festivities will start with a Doll Carriage Parade at 10 a.m. and the Duck Race on Haley Pond at 10:30 a.m. A two-hour interactive children’s entertainment performance is set for 11 a.m. Additional entertainment will take place throughout the day, ending with the band Say What?!, starting around 6 p.m., and leading right up to the fireworks show at dusk over the lake.
There also will be a variety of items for sale and the chamber’s silent auction will be going on all day at the chamber office at the entrance to the park.
