ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday, Tristan Cuthbert, 42, of Carrabassett Valley, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and criminal threatening.

William Packer, 48, of Chesterville, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence stalking.

Thursday, Brandon Hall, 24, of Jay, was arrested on a probation revocation and a warrant.

Dominik Fortier, 66, of Woburn, Quebec, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 10:35 a.m., Eric R. Champeon, 26, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of burglary, theft, criminal mischief, failure to report an accident and driving without a license.

10:48 p.m., Dale Wayne Heald, 57, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 7:53 p.m., Scott W. Roach, 49, of Athens, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of drugs and endangering the welfare of a child.
