Tuesday at 8:21 p.m., Randy L. Gaboury, 37, of Augusta, was arrested on Water Street on a charge of unlawful possession of heroin after a caller reported suspicious activity.

Eric Shane Duval, 36, of Winthrop, was arrested on a warrant at the Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office, on State Street.
