The fourth annual Celebrate Unity Festival will take place throughout the day Saturday, July 29 at various locations around Unity.

Morning festivities will start at 9 a.m. with lawn mower pulls at the Unity Raceway, 300 School St., tickets cost $5. Unity Pond Pottery will offer free pottery demonstrations from 10 to 11 a.m. at its 222 Bangor Road studio.

A chicken barbecue will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Field of Dreams, there will be hot dogs, a chili cook off, ice cream, children’s activities, vendors and displays, music, performances by X-treme Gymnastics and Tumbling Center, an Elvis Tribute Artist, and more.

A free wine tasting is set for 4 to 6 p.m. at Younity Winery, 317 Albion Road.

Unity College Center for the Performing Arts will host a locally sourced, four-course dinner at 5:30 p.m. Tickets cost $40 and can be purchased at uccpa.unity.edu.

Unity Raceway will host a 100 Lap Enduro Race at 6 p.m., cost is $5. A Welterweights Concert, featuring Kelly Ravin, will start at 8 p.m., tickets cost $5.

The festival will conclude with fireworks at 9:30 p.m. at the Unity Raceway.

The festival is sponsored by town of Unity, with the support from Unity Barn Raisers and Unity Area Business Exchange.
