The Skowhegan State Fair, which says it is the nation’s longest continuously operating agricultural fair, runs through Sunday.
Gates open Wednesday at 7 a.m. with $8 admission and $15 all-day ride bracelet.
There is a sheep show at 10 a.m., a beef cattle show at 11 a.m. and horse pulling at 1 p.m., when the midway, operated by Fiesta Shows, opens.
North Atlantic Wrestling Association matches are set for 5 p.m. with harness racing at 7 p.m.
