ARRESTS

IN FAIRFIELD, Wednesday at 11:29 a.m., Rebecca Lynne Lizotte, 18, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday, Megan White, with no listed age, of Farmington, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and refusing to submit to an arrest.

Jason Brown, 32, of Boston, Massachusetts, was arrested on three warrants.

Haley Lewis, 71, of Rangeley, was arrested on a charge of stalking.

IN OAKLAND, Wednesday at 6:07 p.m., Kyle Matthew Spooner, 21, of Oakland, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault and domestic violence threatening.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 3:34 p.m., Andrew Roberts, 38, of Fairfield, was arrested on four counts of violating a protection order.

4:35 p.m., Tracy James Boyle, 49, of Anson, was arrested on a charge of violating conditional release.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 1:02 p.m., Jesse Sanipas, 35, of Waterville, was arrested and charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs.

1:44 p.m., Jibryne Karter, 33, of Waterville, was arrested and charged with possession of oxycodone and operating under the influence of drugs.

SUMMONS
