Christopher Coulter, 40, of Chesterville, was arrested on a probation hold.

Sunday, Michael Phelps, 51, of Ellsworth, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 11:40 a.m., Ryan S. Emery, 31, of Highland Plantation, was arrested on charges of being a fugitive from justice, operating after suspension and leaving a motor vehicle submerged in a waterway.
