ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 9:18 a.m., Shaun Micheal Flanagin, 38, of Madison, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

12:21 p.m., Ross C. Liberty, 24, of Fairfield, was arrested on a probation hold.

2:47 p.m., Joseph Edward Meservey, 21, of Bradford, was arrested on failure to appear charges.

5:05 p.m., Edward Hebert Williams, 41, of Benton, was arrested on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.

5:16 p.m., Christopher Allen Tibbetts, 24, of North Anson, was arrested on charges of burglary, theft and criminal mischief.

Thursday at 1:35 a.m., William Steven Smith, 20, of Detroit, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 8:11 p.m., Verle Harris, 44, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, aggravated driving after a revocation, attaching false plates and violating conditions of release.
