AUGUSTA — About 300 runners participated in the annual Gasping Gobbler 5K on Thursday at Cony High School.
The event is part of an annual fundraiser for the Cony All Sports Boosters. Prizes included a turkey for the first place finisher, a pie for second and dinner rolls for third.
The first place winner for males was Andy Riefman-Packet, while the female winner was Leah Dutkewych.
