ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday, no time given, Marcia Higgins, 65, of Eustis, was arrested and charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 2:34 p.m., Jason Paul Davis, 36, of Lisbon Falls, was arrested on a writ.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 7 p.m., Trevor Lewis, 20, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant.

10:42 p.m., Daileen Cutler, 27, of Cornish, was arrested and charged with protection from abuse violation and violation of conditions of release.

SUMMONSES

IN SIDNEY, Tuesday at 7:10 p.m., Thomas Holman, 59, of Sidney, was summoned and charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

IN WINSLOW, Tuesday at 3:36 p.m., Anthony Brandon Park, 18, of Augusta, was summoned and charged with unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs and hunting without a license.
