IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 11:16 a.m., Henry E. Gobiel, 37, of Hartland, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

1:45 p.m., Heidi R. Rickards, 46, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution.

2:50 p.m., Dustin R. Hutchins, 33, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a probation hold.

3:37 p.m., Gary R. Page, 35, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant and a charge of theft by deception.

9:59 p.m., Joseph Debeck, 37, of Pittsfield, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and assault.
