11:35 a.m., a Cony Street caller reported recovered property.

12:11 a.m., a city ordinance violation was reported on Arsenal Street.

2:40 p.m., one person was taken to MaineGeneral Medical Center after a request from a Willow Street caller to check the welfare/mental health of an person.

2:48 p.m., a 17-year-old whose name was not listed was arrested at Water and Winthrop streets on two warrants and a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug.

4:08 p.m., a Northern Avenue caller reported a disturbance.

5:21 p.m., a Cony Street caller reported lost property.

6:16 p.m., a Riverside Drive caller reported a theft/shoplifting.

10:27 p.m., a Water Street caller reported a protection order violation.

IN HALLOWELL, Tuesday at 4:58 p.m., a Winthrop Street caller reported lost property.

IN WINTHROP, Tuesday at 10:09 p.m., a caller from Annabessacook Road reported a disorderly incident.

IN WEST GARDINER, Tuesday at 8:31 a.m., an unidentified person was arrested after a report from a Town House Road caller involving sex offender registration.

ARREST

IN AUGUSTA Tuesday at 3:56 p.m., Robert E. French, 46, of Augusta, was arrested on three warrants from Kennebec County after a report of suspicious activity from a Winthrop Street caller. The warrants charge him with failure to appear in court on charges of drinking in public, criminal trespass and violating condition of release, according to records at the Capital Judicial Center.

SUMMONS

IN AUGUSTA Tuesday at 8:03 p.m., Victoria L. Willett, 38, of Augusta, was issued a summons charging her with operating while license suspended or revoked during a traffic stop on Stone Street.
