ARRESTS

IN AUGUSTA, Wednesday at 8:05 p.m., Steve M. Davis, 39, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of violating a protective order and violating conditions of release, on Water Street.

10:02 p.m., Anthony R. Dow Jr., 26, listed as a transient in Augusta, was arrested on a warrant after an overdose rescue was performed on Gage Street.

Thursday at 12:51 a.m., Richard W. Eugley, 29, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence (alcohol) and failing to register a motor vehicle, during a traffic stop on Church Hill Road.

SUMMONSES

IN AUGUSTA, Wednesday at 12:31 p.m., a 45-year-old Mount Vernon woman was summoned on a charge of negotiating a worthless instrument, after an investigation on Riverside Drive.

3:08 p.m., a 35-year-old Augusta man was summoned on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, during a traffic stop on Water and Bond streets.
