IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Friday at 1:12 a.m., Holly R. Burnham, 37, of Livermore Falls, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence.

2 a.m., Lona Lynn Judd, 39, of Livermore Falls, was arrested on a warrant and charged with violating condition of release.

8:03 a.m., Kelsey J. Scribner, 30, of Kingfield, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault.
