ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday at 9:50 a.m., Joel R. Thompson, 43, of Wilton, was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, domestic violence assault and operating under the influence.

7:26 p.m., Amanda S. Crandall, 31, of Strong, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

11:32 p.m., Patrick G. Wyman, 23, of Salem Township, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 3:26 p.m., Shane Smith, 27, of Ripley, was arrested on charges of violating condition of release, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and being a fugitive from justice.

Wednesday at 3:01 a.m., Andrew J. Bielski, 31, of Canaan, was arrested on charges of violating condition of release and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise.
