SOUTH CHINA — The Erskine Academy Class of 2018 will host the 9th annual Fly Like an Eagle 5K Race/Walk at 9 a.m. Sunday, April 29, at the academy, 309 Windsor Road.
The race will begin at the academy and will follow a loop from the Kidder Road to Weeks Mills Road to Route 32 and then back to the academy.
The race will feature free performance race T-shirts, if registered by April 22. Snacks will be provided for all race participants, and awards will be presented to race winners.
The non-refundable registration fee is $20 for adults, $10 for Erskine students, and $15 for all other students if registered in advance. Registrations received after April 22 will cost $25 and race day T-shirts are not guaranteed. All proceeds benefit the Class of 2018.
