MONMOUTH — The Henry L. Cottrell School will hold registration for its 4-year-old program between 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, April 27, and Thursday, May 3, at 169 Academy Road.
Cottrell School, in collaboration with Southern Kennebec Child Development Corp. Headstart, will provide the program during the morning in the fall for children who meet established criteria and a pre-school program in the afternoon. Both programs will be held at the Henry L. Cottrell School. Children must be 4 years of age on or before Oct. 15.
A copy of the child’s original birth certificate, Social Security card, and health record, including immunization dates will be needed.
The child will be checked for height, weight, vision and hearing, as well as a brief screening with a Cottrell staff member.
