Milani Hicks scored 27 points and Riley Robinson added 14 points as the University of Maine at Farmington men’s basketball team beat Thomas 92-83 in the quarterfinal round of the North Atlantic Conference playoffs in Waterville.
The Beavers (14-12) are scheduled to play New England College in the semifinal round Friday. Thomas ends its season with a 14-12 record.
Amir Moss scored 16 points off the bench for UMF, while Isaac Witham added 13 points.
Zach Mackinnon scored 19 points for the Terriers, while John Morgan chipped in with 18 points.
