2 p.m., April A. Caron, 46, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

3:38 p.m., Roger G. Briscoe III, 39, of Danbury, Connecticut, was arrested on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation.

5:51 p.m., Carol A. Welch, 48, of Jay, was arrested on charges of assault on an officer, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and criminal mischief.
